We do not collect payment information through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
How We Use Your Information
Information submitted via our forms is used only to:
- Respond to your enquiry about driving lessons
- Arrange lesson bookings and communicate about your lessons
- Process job applications and assess suitability for instructor roles at Drive Wisely
CV files and application details are used solely for recruitment purposes and are not shared outside of Drive Wisely.
We do not sell, share, or pass your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
Cloudflare (Hosting, Security & Analytics)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes network traffic as part of its content delivery and security infrastructure. Cloudflare may log IP addresses and basic request metadata in line with its own privacy policy. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not fingerprint individual users.
Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are from real people rather than automated bots. Turnstile may process certain signals from your browser to perform this check. This is a privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA and does not set advertising cookies. More information is available in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Resend (Email Delivery)
When you submit our contact or careers application form, the information you provide (including any attached CV) is transmitted to us via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes this data solely to deliver the email notification to us and does not use it for any other purpose. Resend's privacy information is available on their website.
Data Retention
Enquiry emails received via our contact form are retained in our email account for up to 12 months, or until the enquiry has been resolved and correspondence is no longer needed. We do not maintain a separate database of contact form submissions.
Job applications and CVs received via the careers form are retained for up to 6 months from the date of application, after which they are deleted. If you are offered a position, relevant data will be retained as part of your employment record in line with employment law requirements.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to how your data is used
